Join us for a Duke CE Insights Event with Ben Shenoy
on Discovery-Led Decision Making

Session Date & Time:  28 November 2019 | 08:00 – 09:30 CET

Location: Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Øvre Slottsgate 2C, 0157 Oslo, Norway

Making strategic decisions is an essential element of leadership, but it’s tough for leaders to manage when they’re buffeted by a turbulent, confusing environment.  Discovery-Led Decision-Making addresses this challenge by providing a framework for making sound decisions in an uncertain world. Based on the core concepts of framing, testing and scaling, this approach ensures that efforts are focused where the need is greatest, that interventions are tested, evaluated and revised, and that successful initiatives are effectively rolled out across the organization.

Ben Shenoy decodes organizational quandaries using behavioral science.  He is a Duke CE educator and a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics.  His first book, Strategic Decision Making: A discovery-led approach to critical choices in turbulent times, was published in 2018.
