Tessa has been a Programme Manager at Duke CE since April 2010. She and her team design and deliver innovative educational experiences for clients and program participants. Tessa acts as a liaison between clients, faculty, staff, and suppliers, and her main responsibilities include material design, logistics and communications. She works primarily with ArcelorMittal, assisting in the delivery of their Talent Pipeline. Tessa originally joined Duke CE as an Administrative Assistant in 2008.

She founded Aisake, her own arts business, at age 21, applying artwork to canvas, glass, ceramic and creating murals for the home and commercial environment. She delivered art-therapy workshops and was supported by the Prince’s Trust as well as gaining funding from the NES (New Entrepreneur Scholarship).

Born in London, Tessa is passionate about her Rotuman roots (Rotuma is a Pacific island 250 miles from mainland Fiji).  Her interests include French and Japanese film, social history and Thai boxing.  A competitive swimmer in her youth, reaching national competition level, she has been a qualified swimming instructor since 2006.
