Nicole Mason

Client Support Specialist

In the Client Support Specialist position Nicole is responsible for streamlining the financial processes associated with client projects.

Nicole joined Duke CE as an accounting assistant in May 2000 and was a program manager from July 2004-April 2008, acting as primary logistics liaison with her clients, meeting hosts and suppliers for all assigned programs, coordinating events for as many as 800 people. She oversaw program development, planning and execution from the point of the signed contract, traveling extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in business administration from Elizabeth City State University.
