Nedra Bradsher

Director, Learning Methods - NGLRN

Nedra Bradsher is a Director on the Global Learning Methods Team with a focus on managing Duke Corporate Education’s Non-Traditional Global Learning Resource Network (N-GLRN). In this role, Nedra is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with non-traditional educators and experience providers. She also partners with designers and client team members to appropriately identify innovative learning methodologies to meet client needs and address business outcomes, and she has facilitated a variety of team and small group learning experiences.

Before joining the Global Learning Methods Team, Nedra served as project director on a global client team, facilitating the design and development of customized executive programs for clients primarily in the financial services, pharmaceutical and non-profit sectors. Nedra has also been a program manager at Duke CE, responsible for the planning, coordination and successful implementation of programs.

Prior to joining Duke CE, Nedra held several positions within the fashion industry, including Director of Marketing and Public Relations for MODO Eyewear, a fashion eyewear company in New York, as well as marketing and public relations positions for Liz Claiborne and the LVMH Group.

Nedra holds a M.Ed. in Global Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and she graduated cum laude with a BS in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the State University of New York – Fashion Institute of Technology.

When she can find spare time, Nedra enjoys writing poetry, designing jewelry, and spending time with her husband and two children.
