Lisa Martin

Director, Global Learning Methods

Lisa works with clients and Duke CE client teams to design and execute innovative learning activities that provide compelling, enduring learning experiences. The global learning methods team focuses on developing and maintaining leading edge practices for learning interventions, or the “end-to-end” experience. The work of this team includes developing the next wave of experiential learning methodologies and helping build design and execution capability around these methodologies within the organization.

With more than 15 years business consulting experience in strategic HR and education, she has produced over 100 custom business courses and performance-based competency systems for global corporations. Lisa has partnered with clients and universities to develop and execute integrated strategies that define and build leadership, management and functional capabilities aligned with business and strategic priories. Current and former clients include pharmaceutical, automotive, consumer goods, government, industrial manufacturing and financial organizations. Invited lectures include universities such as Technical University of Budapest, Cornell University and University of Rochester.

Lisa was an adjunct professor of Marketing at Rochester Institute of Technology, and she has also worked for the Eastman Kodak Company.

Lisa holds an Executive MBA from the University of Rochester and a BS in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
