Kellie McCaffrey

Project Manager, GLRN

As a project manager for the Global Learning Resource Network, Kellie is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive educator network database and assisting GLRN team members in researching, identifying and vetting educators to match client needs. She also works to build and maintain relationships with educators and continue to develop the educator network globally. She has collaborated with international client teams and has participated in the design of client programs. In addition, Kellie is involved in analyzing, creating, and improving team practices and processes.

In her previous role as program manager, Kellie contributed to the design of customized programs for clients and worked with her team to plan, coordinate and deliver successful executive education programs. She served as a liaison between clients, faculty, staff and suppliers on a daily basis. Kellie has worked on specialized projects for The Linde Group, Nationwide, Southern Company, and PricewaterhouseCoopers specifically in the U.S., Beijing and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Duke CE in 2003, Kellie worked in retail management, specializing in sales, training, and human resource responsibilities and development. She worked for companies in Orlando, Fla., and Pittsburgh, Pa. Kellie is an avid sports fan and enjoys volunteering in her church and community.

Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pa.
