Justin Carlson

Manager, Global Learning Resource Network

Justin is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with educators and then appropriately matching these educators to specific client needs.  He has worked across numerous internal project teams and has participated in the design and staffing of dozens of client programs.  In addition, he was a key contributor to the development of evaluation and review systems used to create a multi-dimensional view of every educator who has partnered with Duke CE.  Prior to joining the GLRN team, Justin held the position of Multimedia Developer, creating innovative program materials for Duke CE clients such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and Merck.

Justin joined Duke CE as a founding member after serving as Multimedia Developer for the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.  While at Fuqua, he produced high-profile video and CD-ROM projects for Daytime, Weekend and Cross-Continent MBA programs.

Before joining Fuqua, Justin worked for his alma mater, Kansas State University, as the Multimedia Coordinator for the Division of Continuing Education.  In this role he partnered with faculty members to design and create web-based courses for online degree programs.

Justin graduated from Kansas State University in 1997, cum laude, with a BA degree in Humanities (with an emphasis in Philosophy and Vocal Performance).
