Amelie Villeneuve

Managing Director

Amelie’s expertise ranges from consultancy to the commercial functions on productivity and capacity, sales and marketing models and performance to developing and delivering programmes for senior leadership teams, middle managers and the Top 300 cadre across over thirty countries. She has experience of working in a range of industries including energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications, media, FMCG and heavy goods.

Amelie previously worked as a management consultant at the Corporate Executive Board, focusing on consulting to commercial functions to build productivity, plan for future capabilities and reduce headcount. She has also worked in mergers and acquisitions in London and the US, identifying and conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets with a focus on the assessment of management teams pre-acquisition. Amelie also worked at Instinet Global Holdings plc, researching and editing strategy papers for delivery to analysts and the investment community.  Prior to that she worked in the Organisational Development Department developing and implementing programmes for the senior executive group, including designing and giving feedback on 360 degree multi-rater systems and assessing return on investment on recent educational interventions. During this time, she contributed to the Handbook for Executive Coaching and Learning is Empowering, as well as attending workshops at the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Amelie holds a BA, a Masters and a Master of Studies from Oxford University.  She is a qualified MBTI Practitioner and PDI Coach. She is currently working on her part time Doctorate in Business Administration in the internationalization of Western professional services firms into emerging markets.
